BeaverTails – Communication Workshop

We created and presented a tailor-made communications workshop for the staff and management at BeaverTails’ Head Office in Montreal. We worked closely with their branding department to formulate a dynamic and engaging day-long training session.

— The Challenge

The goal was to augment and elevate communications skills in-office between different departments and ensure best communications practices with franchisees, suppliers and consumers. The workshop included valuable presentations about important must-have communications skills, tools and resources. The session culminated with an interactive role-playing team challenge that was filmed live. The closing exercise had all teams participating in an energetic feedback session following the screening of the video.
